Our Mission

The goal of the Pathways to Apprenticeships in the Construction Trades (PACT) Program is to increase the number of minority, women and residents from the nine partnering communities who gain employment in construction-related work, enter building trades apprenticeship programs, and/or progress toward achieving journey-level status within a building trades union.

PACT is an initiative through OAI, Inc.
